PARRYS International Wolves continued their sensational form with a 53-39 triumph over King’s Lynn at Monmore Green.
Yet they were made to work extremely hard to maintain their winning home record - with 5-1s from Fredrik Lindgren and Tai Woffinden in Heats 13 and 15 extinguishing a late King’s Lynn charge.
And skipper Lindgren was delighted having top scored with 13+1
He said: "It was a good result for the team, especially with Ludvig out.
"We pulled through even though they had a 7-1 to close the gap, and I must say the 5-1 in Heat 13 from me and Tai against Iversen was a really good result.
"Adam (Skornicki) finished the job in Heat 14, and we are really happy to take all three points."
GP duo Woffinden and Lindgren starred throughout - whilst Ty Proctor continued his glistening run of form with a well-deserved paid maximum.
With in-form reserve Ludvig Lindgren on Premier League duty, Swedish compatriot Jacob Thorssell stepped up to score a vital 8+2.
Popular Pole Adam Skornicki also notched 7+1 including a crucial triumph over Sebastian Alden in the penultimate race of the night.
The side now face a sixteen day break before resuming their Elite League campaign away against Birmingham on May 22.
WOLVERHAMPTON 53: Freddie Lindgren 13+1, Tai Woffinden 12+1, Ty Proctor 9+3, Jacob Thorssell 8+2, Adam Skornicki 7+1, Ricky Wells 4+1, Alex Davies 0.
