WOLVERHAMPTON will head to Peterborough for what could be a massive night on Tuesday September 17.

Following their win over King's Lynn on Monday, Parrys International Wolves have edged their way into the play-off places.

And it could well be they will need all four points available from the Peterborough trip to book their spot in the end of season title shootout.

Boss Peter Adams said: "That fixture is now going to be huge for the club.

"Monday's victory was important and we now have a good chance of making the play-offs which didn't seem likely in May or June.

"We won't underestimate Peterborough, though, because we know what a tough season they've had and will want to round off the season with a consolation win for the fans."

Wolverhampton are level on 38 points with Belle Vue and just a point behind Ipswich - but they have a better race points difference than both those teams.
