WOLVERHAMPTON are planning to take supporters to Cardiff in August for the British Grand Prix.

After the disappointment of postponements in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic there is sure to be big demand for tickets for this year's event at the magnificent Principality Stadium on Saturday August 13.

Parrys International Wolves promoter Chris Van Straaten said: "We always take plenty of fans to Cardiff with our coach travel and we will be doing so again.

"The club are getting inundated with enquiries for this year and I'm pleased to confirm we are planning to do this. Booking forms will be available as soon as we start the season and we look forward to a terrific meeting.

"Naturally a lot of Wolverhampton supporters will be keen to see Tai Woffinden and Freddie Lindgren, the legends of this club, in action.

"It's been so disappointing to miss the last two years at Cardiff, I'm sure everyone is keen to get back there in August."
